I was banned for breaking a rule which i am very sorry about, i was wondering would i still have my apartment as i spent 500k on it? im on a month ban

Your ban is permanent but appealable after a month so it could be longer until you return.

You'd have it as long as the tax is paid for it (so a max of 2 months).
