Anyway to work out how much I'll make from a run before doing the run?

Is there some sort of RPUK Run Calculator or anything?

There was some but it really does take the fun out the game and doesnt really factor in any risk or what you might experience on some runs as oposed to others (like roleplaying with other players god forbid!)

Experience them all for yourself a few times and make some personal notes of how much your making.

Seems fair enough, could you possibly give me an idea of which run licensed would be classified as high tier runs....
