Any Info On When Server 2 Will Be Up

As you know this community is massive, and 1 server is not enough to hold all the players that want to play, as with 1 server up it is very hard to get into. 

I was just wondering when server 2 will be up, because i enjoy playing, but i cant get onto server 1 I know the servers are being ddosed, but does this stop server 2 comming up?
