Any gang tips???

Hello, 

Back when I joined the server just over a year ago all I've ever been interested in was the police and becoming a high ranking police officer and I never got a real chance to play as a rebel which recently is one of the things I've been wanting to do. Being in the police force or almost eight months has shown and thought me a lot about how rebels operate and go around doing their business and one of the things over always wanted to do is start a gang. 

The one problem with me starting a gang is that I've never had experience within a gang and how they work besides the police holidays so I was wondering if anyone has any tips with how to go around starting one.

You're best joining a gang first for a bit and once you're used to things have a go at making your own one
