Any chance of seeing a return of Tanoa? Or are all other maps beside Altis out of the question?

 
Maldon - Too small for 140 players and there is only 1 main road

Tanoa - Too much jungle etc. Wouldn't make much sense for RP

Stratis - Quite small will few towns etc(People would play it more like Wasteland as well due to most people playing wasteland on here)

VR "Map" - Have a guess xD.

I think that for a main server it will always be Altis, and potentially in the future there could be a second server running Maldon or Tanoa but never as a primary server.

 
Ive always wanted Malden life to be a thing. But unfortunately that won't happen here as people in charge are afraid to put work in it as tanoa was a belly flop.

Not so much afraid as not sure it is worth the time investment, looking at servers long standing ones with a decent player count  that run one of the other maps is non existent.

I see what you mean here, but if you were to port the Altis life Code over to a Maldon Map & have the economy running the same as it does on Altis, the only things that would have to be done would be adding runs/the interactive plates that are around the map? Would it be possible to do that and put it up as "Server 3" which is rarely used? THis probably isn't how it works but there is no harm in asking I guess? I also believe that because it is under the RPUK name and there is already a large current player base, if the work of setting it up is minimal then it could be worth a try?

I've had the same idea, and would like this to become a reality.

A lot more than that would need to be done for one the entire map would need to be built (Shops, highstreets etc) and then there is the non dev related stuff. Rules factions and all the work they would need to do.

 
It has been tested before and it has shown that it is not really popular. For example Tanoa, people did not want to start over + it was hard to earn money there. It highly unlikely but I wont mind

I think the only reason Tanoa flopped was because of how hard money was to earn, no other reason

I've played Tanoa life and it actually worked very well. On RPUK, the only reason it didn't work was because the economy was way too harsh. 

The jungle is actually pretty fun, imagine being chased by police and you drive into the jungle to make a getaway. Sadly, you get stuck and have to abandon your car and run through the jungle as police pursue on foot from behind, it's good fun 😄
