Summary: ANPR showing driver having no licence incorrectly

Full Description:
When ANPR'ing some Taxi's it comes back as the driver having no licence. Once checking on the PNC it shows they actually do have a licence.

Has happened to me a few times now. I believe exclusively on rented vehicles= (including mechanic trucks)

Been receiving the same issue since the new "no licence pings" were released. Very annoying pulling someone over and realising the ANPR was wrong.
