Description of what happened: Was going to see if my chopper was still there and it was blown up and then saw somebody log off whilst cuffed
What Rule Was Broken ?: Combat Logging i believe
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No officer told me to post it and also couldn't find sam on TS
