Gave him two chanece to get out of the boat which was about 1 minute.  He then tried to drive off in his boat and well, didn't make it.

Can i ask how you asked him to get out of the boat ?

I was actually the person who asked him to get out of the boat, he was parked up near the beach in Kavala, I asked him to get out of the boat and give me the keys so I could check the contents, he typed in direct chat - "No" and tried to sail away.
