An Issue.

So today there was a raid on Paros by the police, to find contraband around people's personal abodes.

Eager to protect our coveted loot, we deployed to Paros and set up defensive positions around our own little section.

When the feces hit the fan, UNMC deployed on the side of the police and helped them win the fight.

As far as I know UNMC and the police are mortal enemies.

The whole point in the UNMC is to oppose the 'fascist regime'. Their threads go into detail about how much they dislike the police.

So what the fuck (excuse my french) were the UNMC doing defending the police and fighting against the oppressed citizens THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIGHT ON BEHALF OF.

Talk about two faced lying rapscallions.

What I don't understand is what are a few well armed men to do against a coalition between UNMC and Police when they have striders, ifrits and combat medics.  We fended off a fair amount of them, but the endless waves eventually overcame us.

United Non Conformist Military Corp Statement 08/02/2015:

During a routine patrol of the area named as Paros the United Non Conformist Military Corp confronted Altis Government Police Forces situated in the area. Upon confronting these representatives both organizations were fired upon by an unknown force/group. 

Commanding officers on scene made the decision to not engage each other whilst the hostile threat remained.

As the UNMC had been engaged and therefore considered these hostiles to be enemies of the state, permission was granted for a city wide search of properties in order to remove any potential supplies used by such hostiles. The Altis Government Police simply provided equipment for this as it was of mutual benefit to both organizations.

It is to be made perfectly clear hence forth  that the United Non Conformist Military Corp's primary objective is and always will be to rid the island of Altis of any and such forces that may represent or hold the British flag as their own. And under no circumstances are either force to be considered in coalition and or truce as the war for freedom will never end until it is upon us.

cant make it any clearer than that, at the end of the day if the commandeers of both side come to a rp decision its no-ones right to complain. There there to command and make decisions. If they say both party's are now all to become a dance group who are we to question.

The only reason why this is weird is because I thought UNMC now owned Paros due to the fact that they took it over.

This is the problem; you're working together, then you're not, then you're working together, then you're not, this is extremely confusing and annoying and it needs to stop..

 
yea the other day I was talking to the unmc at agios checkpoint and then out of no where when I told them who I was I was being taking prisoner with the intention of them handing me over to the police but after 10 minutes of me being driven around by the unmc the police then decided they wanted to stop the co operation and the unmc out of know where again brought me back to PLF base and let me go feeling very confused about what just happend. I just think it would be better if yee had an official standpoint on police and unmc relations so we know what to expect while roleplaying with either organisation because before that I would have never expected talking to the unmc would have resulted in my arrest but now I don't know what to think.

There doesn't need to be an official standpoint at all, they are meant to be the polar opposite of each other, the UNMC is meant to think that the police are oppressing the people of Altis and punishing them for no reason, so why are they working with each other.... it's extremely dumb.

It's called fail RP. They had a background story, which they decided was too lenient on new players and not lenient enough on the police.

I say "they" when it was really based on decisions made by one man and not even conferred with the leader of the UNMC that so happened to be an ex-cop as well. The idea was then sold to Sov under the pretens that all new players are hobos and trolls, you might have noticed how trigger happy they seem to get when the person is unarmed.

After they threw away the old background they failed to make a new one making them just another rebel gang with no purpose on the server. No one really knows what they are other than the fact that they say they are to resemble North Korea in some way, allthough treating it's inhabitant like dirt then is within RP, any non-coercive cooperation between the UNMC and the police is still fail RP.

As for Vacatio then saying it's not for the comunity to question something they don't understand or don't like on the server is just rediculous...

 
Yesterday the UNMC shot a couple of innocent guys without any weapon. The police saw this since this happened in front of the police station, came up to the UNMC only to pardon their bounties simply because they were trolling and saying they defended themselves. ( police said this ) Afterwards when I tried talking with them about this they sent me and my friends to prison for "trespassing" without giving me a fine or talking to us about it. The RP was just shit.
