Description of what happened: i was ran over wile dealing with a wanted man. We got the suspect back to Kavla HQ and found out he had no mic.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: No mic on server one 
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: we spoke to him ingame

Yes S1 is Mic only but sometimes you need to tell people or RP that the neighbour Island is for people that can not talk or speak

Common guys sometimes you don't have to report for EVERYTHING. 
You can just try and help someone
