Description of what happened: I arrested the gentleman in the Kavala Market for stealing from a vehicle & evading arrest, i managed to rubber bullet him, cuff him and put him in my car, as i transported him to the HQ he combat logged.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: no due to his logging off.
