AMD ReLive not working in Arma 3

Hi, I've been having a problem with getting AMD ReLive to record in Arma 3. I've tried everything I could, recording in fullscreen windowed, nothing works. If I'm in Arma and I press ALT+Z to open the menu it just freezes my cursor until I press it again. Also if I press the save replay or record keybinds nothing happens.

Now it kinda works but, recording has just my cursor and audio, background is all green

Download plays.tv, it is the best recording software ive used so far it records every session if you have enough space or you can set it up to record last minutes and such just like Shadowplay and ReLive

I don't like plays tv at all, I used it in the past and performance is way worse and is a lot harder to work with it.
