Am I allowed to charge someone for a taxi ride?

It's kind of the main purpose of a taxi driver. Agree the fare in advance though 
If you want to charge then charge, it's an RP job at the end of the day. What you do with it is up to you as long as it's within the server rules. How you make people pay however, is up to you

Of course you are allowed! I mean the license use to cost £1,000,000 so you had to make some money back! It's up to you if you charge or not but always take into account the rules you have to follow while on-duty as a Taxi Driver.

End of the day, if you agree the fare in advance, then fair is whatever the passenger agrees to.Thanks

Might just be easier to have a flat fee, but it's up to you. The passenger will soon tell you if he thinks the price is fair or not.
