All of the fixes, updates, vehicles, etc from tanoa are being brought over to altis and the whole thing is going to be packaged into a system that can be deployed on any map with the push of a button. It allows for a more stable platform to add new features and fixes in the future.Or so im told

I hope the posts from November 2015 are refering to a new framework thats already been released?? Otherwise we have been left in the dark for a while

The framework was suspended from development and locked away in a dark GIT repo. Check the newsletters between June-July to find out more about it.
