Altis Post

Does Altis Post have a function other than giving out delivery missions? I see that there is an option called "Post office" over the delivery mission option but it seems to only open a menu with no content. Am I doing something wrong or is it an unfinished thing?

Nope. It is literally just there to begin delivery missions. that is... literally it I'm afraid and as far as my knowlege goes it is "complete".
