The Story of Burple!
Today we have a small story about the Burple we all know and love!
Around September 2014 i decided the server needed its own image in terms of colour as the default Arma brown was way past its sell by date and was just plain boring!
After a discussion between me and Ciaran we wanted something that was not used out there already we had the luxury of a number of colours but we wanted something unique and stood out.
Now this was when i remembered a very very old episode from the 00's of Pimp my ride where they painted a car Blue & Purple making "Burple"
I know i am sad i actually went searching for the episode but couldn't find it! however i found this picture of a burple car!
After a few JiggeryPokery moments from Ciaran within a couple of minutes this colour was injected throughout our code, Its been now setting the default colour of peoples Arma 3 menus to Burple for 6 months now spreading the Altis Life UK Love! so you know by looking at there PC who has visited here!

And now you know how Burple was born... stay tuned for some more facts and short storys which will be posted here on the development forums.. The best ideas here really do come late at night or while the toilet is being visited.
