Can't we get the Altis life server 2 up and running a lot more and often? I have been trying to join Server 1 in like 25 minutes

 
The servers are monitored daily, server 2 is brought up as an overflow server. Sometimes, it takes a while for us to get the server up because people are at work or just busy etc.
