Arma 3 and more so Altis Life can be daunting and a bit overwhelming for new players. So after seeing and answering many questions recently regarding default and specific key-binds thought I would throw up a quick guide on the "Getting Started" basics. I will continue to alter and add additional keybinds (Vehicles etc...) to this as new features are implemented.
Movement/View & Action
Movement / View
The basic forward, backward, left and right movement keys
Lean left(Q) and right(E)
Player character goes into a prone/Laying down stance
Player character goes into a crouching/kneeling stance
+ Adjust combat stance (Need weapon in hands)
Player vaults/steps over
Toggles first and third person view
(Click) Weapon & binocular/range finder aim
(Hold) Camera zoom
Player Action
+ Putting hands on the head
+Holster Weapon
Un-holster weapon (When Holstered)
Change Weapon Fire Rate (Single, Burst and Full Automatic) (With Weapon Out)
+ Change/Cycle weapon scope
Change/Cycle weapon zeroing
Interaction & Access
Basic Processor, vehicle, and property interaction (When looking at object)
Basic scroll menu interaction (Scroll then click with middle mouse)
Access Player Inventory
+Restrains player (If zip-ties are in inventory)
Interacts with restrained player (When looking at player)
+Knocks player down (If weapon in hand)
Communication
Voice communication through selected channel
Text communication through selected channel
Channel Selection
(Direct, Side Chat, Vehicle, NHS-Police, Group)(Strictly In Character, Out of Character)
User Interface
Will enable the GPS panels left and right

Enables the vehicles siren (If in vehicle)
Cycles through siren modes/tones (When siren activated)
Emergency bull horn (When in vehicle)

Downed patient interaction
Vehicle interaction (When looking at vehicle)
Opens medical records menu
POLICE
Enables the vehicles siren (If in vehicle)
Cycles through siren modes/tones (When siren activated)
Emergency bull horn (When in vehicle)
+Enables emergency lights (When in vehicle)
+Handcuffs focused player
Restrained player interaction (When looking at player)
Vehicle interaction (When looking at vehicle)
Opens PNC (police national computer)
