I am writing to you today if it maybe possable to take a permanent lease on the Altis Hotel and Apartment Complex to build a business upon that will become a holiday resort for the citizens of Altis. Plans for the Hotel and Apartment Complex are in the making and this will hopefully be a 4 star resort.

we have a big family and have run the hotel complex for years however due to recent developements we may be required to vacate the premises in the near future , what will happen to the hotel remains to be seen ,however if it goes up for sale the new buyer may need to negotiate terms with the new land owners, although good luck with your venture it does sound interesting
