So in what year is this set?? Since it is a life simulation based on the UK shouldn´t it be the current time? Meaning 2016? I´m a bit confused since I encountered multiple people using the date and time of ArmA which is something like 2035? If someone could clarify this it´ll be awesome

The game itself is based on the year 2035 I recon we use 2035 in Altislife.co.uk aswell.

The date on the in-game messaging system is 2035 so I assume we do indeed use that time.

I find it so weird though :/ If you want to create any documents including real life organisations you basically can´t because you don´t know who´ll be the Secretary of State for Defense for example.

On that note, if you used the current one I'm not sure anyone is going to argue with you. More to the point make up your own Minister of Defense and if you put effort into it, people aren't going to pick you apart for it. I do see your point though since it makes reference to current events a little out of place.
