I'm looking forward to do a random stop and check on it, from time to time

It is. Service is slow at the moment.

When / If there comes a bus skin on it, and maybe some bus signs, and maybe some "whitelisted" drivers, so people wont get robbed all the time, and loose their trust on the bus service.

Then I think it could get pretty busy, have patience, tourist will come

Maybe you could  make a route on the map, and upload for now, where you stop to pick up, travellers.

What happens if people rob the bus?

Do we have insurance that covers everyones stuff, or is it at the passengers own risk?

The insurance covers death of up to £20,000 per passenger. However if any illegal substances or items are found on a passenger all insurance costs will be voided.
