Allowed to speak other languages?

Should two players speak a language other than English, can they (in roleplay) communicate in the other language? Although it would be realistic, it could come under someone giving themselves an unfair advantage by speaking basically secretly, in a way that nobody (or maybe one or two people) can understand. So, is it allowed?

As long as you can speak English and your other language fits in with your roleplay then it’s fine. I enjoy when others speak different languages, especially when it’s one I can somewhat understand. But don’t overdo it, if you’re only speaking your other language and refusing to speak English then people can get annoyed about it
