Allow bicycles to be 'packed away' for carrying in vehicles

I think a nice added feature for owned bicycles would be to be able to put them inside of vehicles, this would give them a nice use for a quick trip to the impound to pick up your car and then bring the bike back with you. It would also allow people to roleplay driving out of the city with their bikes in the car to go for a ride.

irl examples: (in game they could pack down into an item the same as any other but with a weight of 50 for example)

Quality idea, can already see my car breaking down in a police chase and i just whip out a bmx and do a bunny hop down a railing to get away aha

+1 They could be integrated similarly to the box system where you can carry a BMX, place it down or store it away
