Time & Date this happened: 18.01.15 Before 4PM Restart
 
Description of what happened: I saw him go by the weed field and went to arrest him, upon arrival he ran away, I told him to stop, which he did once I pointed a gun at him and when I told him he had an illegal gun he logged off. He logged in very soon after.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Certainly did, I asked him why he did it to which he said:
