To everyone commenting, i already got a very close offer to 15Million and well see where this goes, maybe itll stay low or maybe itll go up (dont come here and lecture me about how "it isnt worth 15million", this is what i think its worth so im putting this up here...

Uhh apologies if I'm missing something but is there any reason people would pay up to 15 mil for this house when you could litterally just spawn in Athira? it's not really super secret so people would most likely rob it fairly often. I just don't see how it would be worth that much.

i may not be the richest person on the server by any means but seeing as my main income is salt by blackfish it makes sense to have a close spawn point like this.

Plus it's bragging rights;)

Also, I'm not a staff member but keep down the attitude, people are merely putting in thoughts and suggestions, no need to attack eachother or make cheeky comments.

Feels like it's closer to 2 minutes rather than 5 but if you insist it's worth it in your eyes I'm not here to stop you :D
