Description of what happened: get had been seen robbing someone I give followed after as a bounty hunter, tazzed him, bit ziptie on him, he glitched out, ziped tied him again he glitched out,
 
Ziped tied him for the 3ed time he glitched out, then we could not zip tie him again 
 
Also after someone killed him, he came back breaking the NLR
 
 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
1A) Cheats, scripts or hacks of any kind are not allowed. Even those who are not considered harmful, like graphical enhancement utilities.

He dies around 22.30  comes back at 26:01 Breaking NLR

Pretty sure the guy on the quad bike was his friend if you notice he keeps VDM'ing maybe in attempt for his friend to run ?
