Description of what happened: VDM'd. No attempt at RP, just ran over. He missed out, was about to play the meow game. Also killed Mclovin and PC Deleter (I believe)

i think it was kinda an accident you try to get cover at a when there is someone inside he just wanted to leave and you were running up to him its just kinda an accident it can happen.

Maybe desync but try to talk before Posting because we don't know what he saw. i could ask LA Dante what he saw thats all.

And funny mclovin said im gonan be mlg and then i killed him from behind XD GG

He was in the passenger seat and moved to drivers seat to run me over....pretty clear you can see that.

Tired of trying to reason with people that can't be arsed to read the rules

Plus...he had every opportunity to come in ts and apologise for his accident...and he didn't because it wasn't an accident

Unfortunately, in the absence of anything to the contrary, If a guy in a Ghillie shoots at me, then another guy at the same time (also wearing a Ghillie suit) then runs me down, I'm going to naturally assume it's linked.

Besides, if he was just a bystander he wouldn't need to be worried about being arrested.

Happy to talk to him about it, if he drops me a message / comes into TS when im on next (most nights) we can sort it out and i'll take this down.

Seems pretty clear to me. Under any circumstances at all, he shouldn't run people over with his vehicle.
