A little back story, i was chasing this man for a good 45 minutes. Once i catch up to him i lose him in Kav houses. I then find his truck and an officer looking at it as well. I tell him the story and this gentle man (the one i was chasing) pops up and kills the cop, i taze him and he logs. 

Time: Around 2:00Am Eastern Standard Time

Date: 10/28/14
