As I've been promoted to Director of AEGIS, my first port of call is with public recognition of our uniforms.

As you may or may not know, we are a security contracting service that provides services for both the Police and various Rebels. With a growing group and many more interested, it's key we let you know what we look like.

Here's our basic contractor. The only difference you MAY see is a different hat or larger overrals. However, ALL AEGIS personell will be wearing this patch on their shoulder:

If anyone is seen wearing this logo who doesn't have an AEGIS gang tag, or if you believe anybody is attempting to impersonate our personnel, please contact us as soon as possible. 

 
As far as i know.. we dont work with any rebel faction... ever.

Or these security rebel thingy groups...

 
As Zippey said, we are not allowed to work with "rebels". And also those weapons you have, dont seem very legal.. ;S

 
I will most likely shoot you if you come walking up to me with that gun....

 
What zippey meant was, they don't work with rebel groups.. unless the rebel group has a gun to their head!

 
The police will NOT be working with this group as they have been associated with partaking in illegal activities.

Oh gosh, the divides in your ranks seem to be growing even larger ;) It's nice to see another officer who puts his bureaucratic morals before improving the safety of the citizens he pledged to serve.

For a group that wants to work with us you are not inspiring any confidence in your abilities to be diplomatic.

On the record. Any police found not treating your group doing any illegal activities as they would any other group will be disciplined.

 
We have the cops who actually RP with us, and see what we are doing and like i said, RP it. We then have the cops who see AEGIS as doing these Illegal activities.

We took part in the first illegal activity today, more to prove a point to the cops.

At the end of the day, we try something, we try talking to the guy in charge and tried to work out a way in which it could increase RP on the server, once again its forced to being a rebel group and having gun fights. Thats what it always comes down to.

Any Civs wanting an escort, we are still available, any cops who do wish to RP about our group and situation, we will holster out weapons and talk to you every single time. 

I want to say thank you to the number of cops, like when we helped with a service station robbery, returned the robbers hand guns and all of the stolen money to be handed back into the cops, thank you for the RP. To any cop who simply sees us as a rebel group carrying out these imaginary tons of illegal activities weve been doing, so be it.

"Weapons are an important factor in war, but not the decisive one; it is man and not materials that counts." We were more than happy to officially stand by the police's side, but the slow cogs of bureaucracy on your part have lead us into deals with those who must hide their knowledge of right and wrong behind a veil of lies.

 
I don't see why we can't give it a trial run at least, this is an RP server and having a police friendly PMC type organization would add new and interesting role play opportunities to the server.
I fail to understand the objection to trying something new.

Seems to me in the comments so far here all Connor wants to get out of this is provoking the police. This is ridiculous. That is all from me though.

My initial outset was not to provoke the constabulary at all. This post was designed to simply show what our contractors will be wearing, making us more easily identifiable. Anything I have said is merely in reply to the comments the police officers chose to make.

Im sure he doesnt mean to come across like that, we just want to do what we done the other day, we brought someone to you who was robbing a service station, as one of our "contacts" is with the service stations. we brought him to you, and you sent him to jail, we got a small amount of the bounty and we both moved on happy with the RP to carry on our day.

That is the kind of RP that makes it good. Shooting is boring, point and click and someone is dead and done for the next few mins. 

We can go down the route of killing cops if you want, im sure the other side of the A-Team cant wait to get going again and killing every single person, i just really really dont want to be pushed towards this server gaining another rebel gang who simply kill police if it comes down to it. 

I hope you can see my or at least the side im trying to protect, i will say now the police are slowly losing AEGIS in terms of wanting to be friendly, i really dont want to go down this route for another group on this server.
