Advice please

Hi, would like some advice about my cpu

I currently have;

Gtx 760 msi

Amd fx 4350 (needs an upgrade)

8gb of ram 112gb ssd

I would like a recommendations on a amd cpu which will boost me from the 25-35fps on high that I get atm to around 35-50 at all times please and can we try to see if I can get it under £200 please.

AMD to be honest isn't ideal for a game like Arma. While they're in theory better for desktop multitasking, for video games you're going to want to go Intel. You'll find a lot less of the playerbase uses AMD as well, so you won't get as good-advice. 

With the 200 quid price point, you could get some pretty beefy hardware, but all I really see from AMD are CPUs at the 150 and below mark...
