I've seen this issue on other TS servers, Gametrackers Client ID/ TS3 Id they use to connect to querry servers with has been stolen.  Now spammers are using it for their evil deeds.

Cardoso was made aware of this when it happened... 

Server isn't a person, it's the default server query admin name with some programs.

There's no action that can be taken with this report, so moving to denied.
