{ADS} Razer Man restrain glitch (Awaiting player)

Description of what happened: We caught this man after he was shooting at us after we started chasing him for his car being wanted, we tried telling him to drop the gun but he carried on shooting so we rubber bulleted him. we then took him to the station to process him. however once we got there he glitches out of restraints and attempted to shoot me! I managed to shoot and kill him though before he did too much harm to me.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: abusing game mechanics 
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I tried to get him on TeamSpeak to talk to him however he ignored me

unfortunately not. he seemed like a nice guy despite what he was taken in for. Didn't think he'd so what he did.  However you can see I was attacked on the screen you can see I am injured and in the police HQ. don't know if that would be enough. However I understand you can't do much without solid evidence.

Sorry for commenting, But your picture shows your in police HQ, that is a blue zone right?  So he also broke the rules shooting in the blue zone....

@Bamfon I must be missing something but where in that screenshot can you see the guy shooting?

Although you can't see he has been shooting but you can see I am injured. I mean if I had any idea he was going to do it I would have opened up a recording software however as I wasn't aware he would do it I just had to take a screenshot. however like I said I know you can't do much without solid proof, however I thought I would report it anyway.

@Vladic Ka Sorry for late reply been cleaning up all day.

The screenshot itself don't show Razer shooting but from the screenshot it is clear he just shot,

You can see clearly tell Pc San Miguel had Only just been shot I.E NHS level + from his screen gone blurry.

It would not make any sense why he would be on low hp inside of a police station unless he had just been shot.

Perhaps he did just get shot however the screenshot doesn't prove that this guy did it or that he even had a gun.

Don't worry about it then matey. just keep close tabs on him in case he does it to any other officers. Thank you for looking over it anyhow

Report rejected on grounds that;

 - no evidence he shot, yes, you are injured, but you stated he was firing earlier.

you also need to remove their weapons, you can do this on scene, I wouldn't really want to put an armed man in the back of my car....
