Hey guys i spoke recently about how i felt unbans were rather bias and unfair, my situation is i called Wilco something a year ago on ts (obviously worth a ban as it was very very immature and wrong as the guy hasnt done anything wrong to me).

Now heres my point ive seen racist comments swept under the rug, in what world can an immature joke be more frowned upon than racist words. I got told abuse can not be tolerated in this server, which yes may be fair enough but is racism not abusive to everyone in that race?   

This is just my opinion so it may not be correct in your eyes but i'm open to discussion.

Examples of racism that has been unbanned (a ban that is without appeal). Just trying to prove maybe my ban is a liitle bit too harsh.

And what may i ask is the point of this post? since it doesnt matter what anyone other then staff thinks,this whole post is nothing but a attempt to cause drama because you were denied.

All you have done now is further cement the reason they denied you.

permanently banned for abuse without appeal but racism is also without appeal yet i see many appeals and many unbans been allowed. I know lad we played horrible tonight.

Okay so after a few seconds looking over your past appeal i've decided it doesn't even matter.

This is a gaming community. A group of people who come here to have fun and play a game they enjoy.

You, me, we have no God given / peoples mandated / legal obligation to be allowed to play here. People who act like tools get treated like them.

Frankly the fact that you've even been allowed to keep a account on the forums when your other one is community banned is beyond me.

You shit in your bed, now sleep in it.

Firstly - I don't appreciate the multiple PMs - I don't sit here and look at my inbox waiting for your messages.

Secondly - The fact you've posted this clearly indicates you just don't get it. As I've said to someone once before today already, ALL ban appeals are judged on their own merits - attempts to strong arm us into unbanning you citing examples of other unbans is futile. It doesn't prove your ban was "too harsh" it just proves your ban was justified because you have the inability to unconditionally try and reconcile.

Therefore, community ban issued.
