Today, the report regarding Commander Maratek was reviewed by the ALUK Administration Team, and after deliberation a final decision was made. 
 
With immediate effect, Maratek has been removed from the Admin team due to the issues raised in the report, combined with previous incidents. An in-game ban has also been issued in accordance with server rules.
 
The Admin team also feels that there were issues with regards to Police protocol, however, as the Police are a seperate entity from the Admin team, this will be dealt with internally by the Police. 
 
It is never good to see any member of staff leave the team, regardless of the situation. Even under these circumstances, the Admin Team would like to thank Maratek for the months of dedication and hard work he put into this community.

Too many drama llama's around. It's not good when someone is removed from such a position.

So someone can do good things and have all the intentions to help the community and make it better and does a few "bad" things and it all just goes to nothing... It doesn't seem right.

 
Hmm... many thoughts going through my head.  Whatever the case, I hope this decision will turn out the best, however it will be unfortunate to see Maratek depart from the admin team.

Whilst it's a great loss to the community, it's a brave step for accountability and the ruthless enforcement of rules we hold dear. If you're reading this Maratek, I wish you well and thank you. Despite our many disagreements.

 
This is indeed a sad day, and i hope to see maratek in the future, we have had bad times since LoA, but he was the man who made me change from what i were, to what i am now.

When you see this maratek, i would like to thank you deeply from inside, i and sorry to hear about what have happened, i know that you have been under alot of pressure, due to being admin and the commander of the police force, i REALLY hope to meet you again either in Teamspeak, or on the server.

In honor to maratek i would say this single word "#RPeverything"

 
For what my opinion is worth. Yes we all do 'good things' but when the rules are broken each person should be dealt with on equal and neutral ground, 2 days ago a PCSO got removed from police and perma banned for abusing police systems / metagaming, why would maratek be above that, because of 4 letters in front of his name?

 
Am I wrong in thinking he will be able to appeal this ban same as any other player? 

Why is everyone saying goodbye :/

i a, sad to see him go I habe know him a long time but he is no exception to the rules, I deployed hours to the community but was banned arguably in very different circumstances but the rules are the rules and however many good intentions the rules are the rules if you break them you get banned dosent matter who your are, if this was a kavas a hobo people would all say ban with no doubt the fact he is a admin and Commander should not come into this expect he did a silly action with a position of very high power
 
Me as Steph - not as Admin - can only say that this is a big loss. I always looked up to Maratek. And I respected him alot if not the most on this Server. Ever since I joined I thought he's a great guy and someone to "look up to" for many people. Sure he has his flaws - but we all do. I honestly wish you all the best Maratek and I hope that we can play some games and that we even bitch at each other every now and then! I will miss you - as a good friend!

Admin removed, CMDR removed and a ban that's a kick in the teeth and what was the ban for? the message he sent to TI ingame was in RP. 3 different forms of punishment sounds abit over the top.
