Admin Banned (Unbanned 20/12/2014)

I was playing with my friends we just logged into the server because we were looking for another good server. We found this and I was going to get into a car with a friend and i just got a Battleye Admin Ban. I am wondering what I did wrong. I have read the rules I dont know what I did but please help.

Hello!

It was me who issued the ingame Ban I had just sent a Gentleman by the Name Of Ozzy Man to prison for public order acts,

A Few minutes later i Recieved a Text then a second one i was dealing with something at the time so it took me a couple of minutes to check One of which Said You Sir are a Cunt, the other Saying CUNT with excess later, I followed Rule 2B

I Issued the Ban on The individual and thought it strange that it issued to you, Did you Log and change your name? or did something Happen i know i issued the Ban to Ozzy Man But it was issued to your name.

2B) Abuse, spam and attacks towards the admin(s) is not acceptable and will result in a permanent ban.

 
I got a random text from this guy in-game saying "YOU ARE A CUNT STFU". Never even saw the guys name prior to that and certainly hadn't met him in-game.

I just joined the server yesterday. with some friends. I know for sure I didn't switch accounts or anything like that. I am just wondering am I going to be banned now forever or am I going to get un-banned soon?

Me and my friends were looking for a good server to play on again. We found yours connected to check it out then disconnected because we found another. We didnt like that one so we came back and I was going to a friends car and befor I jumped in the car I Was banned. I didn not send a message at all. I was just trying to play with my friends. I am sure I have done nothing wrong I have read the rules and I understand them. I have talked to the admin that has banned me and we talked for a bit about it and I thought I was going to get unbanned because he said something about poking a dev. I checked today and I am still banned. I am a little confused if you would like to help me out and explane to me what I did that would be very appreciated!

P.S. I see by the picture the mans name is Ozzy Man. You can ask me or any of my buddies I was playing with at the time that I have never had a profile or a nother acount called that. I would never ever think of breaking rule 2B (Abuse, spam and attacks towards the admin(s) is not acceptable and will result in a permanent ban.)  I think is is not right and that a perma ban should be put in place. I Would never think of doing something like this and I would like to be unbanned because I would really like to be playing with my friends
