Adjust Fort Zancudo taxi drop off location as GPS shows incorrect route

Can this taxi drop off location be adjusted? The route to get to it is broken as it wants you to travel through an impassable fence if you follow it whereas the correct route is through the Approach road

Taxi drop off locations are randomly generated from the location of an existing NPC. It's a known bug that they can spawn in restricted areas.​
