Adding Public Car Parking To The Boat Docks

Just wondering if a public car park could be added to the boat docks 'Puerta Del Sol'. This would be extremely useful as when taking a bike down there and parking it in a normal car park space to then go to the island, once back at the docks the bike has de-spawned. I don't know if this happens if you leave a car there however it would be a lot easier and makes sense to add a public car park where you can store your vehicles there.

Yes, still support this and have seen in on at least two other suggestions.

Tie it to owning a boat license and jobs a good un.
