titles says it, add trains/metros back

Detailed Suggestion:
i just want to see trains and metros, would be cool to have them back, as long as they don't go mach 10 like last time and/or cause performance issues for the server, could also possibly spice up police chases with the inevitable car on metro accident that would occur

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?

I am not a dev but this seems like a lot of work, and probs was removed cause of the lag it caused. I dont know why i just know enough to see why it can be an issue, If its possable then it would be fun. I just thinking as a lot of things loads in when player is near and also sync issues. It may have to be server side or somehow be its own player so its there for everyone. I dunno im not a dev lol i just like to know how it would and wouldnt work. Would add a lot of RP!

I would like to see this but only if it was in this style, if it was anything else then not so much. It adds another layer to the server, it feels more British if that makes sense. I would also go as far as making the stations look like something you would see in London.
