Add Gruppe 6 Extra Prisoner Info

Summary: Add the ability for Gruppe 6 to see current prisoners extra info from Prison terminals.

What extra info? Allow Gruppe 6 to see the original sentence length, current serving charges, mugshot and warning markers. 

Why do Gruppe 6 need this? Prisoners undergo a lot of administration for solicitors or visitors, the above would allow G6 to meet the needs of the public and services aswell as allowing for G6 to be able to assess risks and threats as at present G6 are helping keep dangerous prisoners serve their sentences without knowing anything about them.

But Gruppe 6 are corrupt! Be that as it may, corruption is everywhere, what matters is that we act with integrity when we see someone doing something they shouldn't, it simply isn't fair that G6 members who do act within the law and left out to suffer with people who are planning things that G6 had never been informed about. What I've imposed above allows for the best practice with minimal risk of meta providing no advantage to exploit G6 of.

-1 From me, its a good idea in theory but with how bad G6 is with corruption rn all this would do is add to it. Crims asking the g6 they have in their pocket for PNC info of people and it would be heavily abused.

As G6 I don't care for PNC, however the computers in the prisons should tell us more information as a view only and that's something that should be available. Photos of the prisoner, information about the criminal be it just the current crime and not just "report ID" so we can assess the threats that are inside and keep an eye on them.

I agree, anything is helpful. Mainly a mugshot and a risk marks aswell as the current report ID charges would be good enough. At the moment its just plain dangerous, and no offence to cops but sometimes their risk ratings are far from decent.

Maybe add the PNC view only access to senior+ perhaps? Seniors are entrusted with expanding sentences

I think that only allowing G6 to view current prisoners' info could help mitigate this.
