Add a identifier in the vehicle storage to see what car tier each of the cars have

Add a icon or something to see what Tier of car you own in the car garage for example 
a Icon and the Tier could be added like I circled down below.

I think this will make it easier to know what tier cars are in and be able to decide races in the future.

This is a genuine question; I thought that's what 'Vehicle Category' was for?  Although I may misunderstand the difference between tier and category.

See i thought the same but Tier A is classed as Race but none of the cars that i have seen are classes as race some of the ones that are in Tier A are classed as sports

Car tiers are subjective and I don't think we would ever come to a conclusion that everyone agrees with. I think this is better suited to within the racing scene and people coming up with this themselves.
