Account wipe At 8pm yesterday (Refused)

My account got wiped yesterday at 8pm come on the sever to find my money back in the bank which is good.

Will the licenses be coming back to my account soon also  or if not can you give me the money to buy them back please.

I had the following -

Drivers license

Truck license

Rebel license 

Weed license

Firearm license

Copper license
