We went into a situation with ls and some were back packing guns and i was wondering if you were aloud? As its a bit unfiar as we dont konw who is firnelt and who isnt as a person may come near cops with no gun then pull one out and kill the cop. Its just unfair!

If a cop sees someone backpack their gun they are STILL a target and should be shot/pursued the same as a person with s gun in their hand.
Backpacking does not remove the threat to your life.

Then in the event an officer DOES see they should RADIO 'DICKHEAD IN GREEN FATIGUES, GREEN VEST AND A BRIGHT YELLOW IS HOSTILE, DOME HIM'
If they don't see, then unfortunately it's tough luck. Keep an eye on your surrounding, keep all 'hobos' away or in view.
