About rule 4C

I use a nordic/norwegian keyboard layout, so I dont have a tildekey (i need to press altgr+another key to make a tilde).

Rule 4C says "[SIZE=medium]Using tilde key for anything other than identifying people who break rules", but what does the tilde key do? [/SIZE]

It shows the name of the player when you highlight over them.

When the tilde key is activated when you point it at someone/ something interact able (vehicle/podium/player) it will show what it is (SUV/Mohawk). It will also show WHO is driving it (Dave from Gloucster is driving that SUV). When pointed at a player it will give the player name (Dave from Gloucster).

Essentially it is a tool for 'metagaming' (knowing information hat your character shouldn't otherwise know (names of strangers)). Consequently this isn't allowed, with the exception of catching rule breakers ' he's just ran those 5 guys over, oh look he's just ran me over too (tilde keys car) oh it's Dave from Gloucster, I can report this now'
