What is the fastest way to earn money in both legal and illegal?

Steel is the legal high pay job, but is very long as you need to drive across the Island to process your resources twice.

That's my opinion, depends how you do it and with how many people. Robbing people is an inferior way of making money to doing the runs yourself

Best way would be so a blood diamond run and then camp, and hold people up who go out to the island

I whuold say if you low on cash and you whant earn some safe coin , recomend you just go to sofia and do few salt run since all bad  guys  staying in other part of the iland

Ik a few months ago everyone was doing salt and mugging there but has that changed now?
