Ability to buy furniture and other items for a house you have a key for.

A few of us have bought a house together, however, only the home owner themselves can buy furniture. This method is a bit slow and not all that great considering it is possible to house share. We split the house equally among ourselves, and we each have a key, it only makes sense that we should be able to furniture the property too. The home owner themselves are not that active compared to the rest of us now, so we are a bit stuck with the house and the things we want to do with it. When it comes to plant pots as well, only the owner can purchase them too. 

If this addition was implemented, that would be greatly appreciated by many of us.

PROS:

More flexibility around house sharing

The less property saturation. More people sharing, more properties.

CONS

Someone could possibly grief the house. But that would be down to the people in the house share.

+1 might take quite a bit of dev work and possibly change some things around, in terms that it's not just the key that's shared between people but the property itself as well,

in addition to this if it becomes that the property itself is shared then everyone living together could be able to pay tax for the house as well, and not just the owner(i think at the moment it's just the owner/purchaser of the house who pay for tax)

It is only the owner yes that pays tax. That changing would be a nice start.
