Description of what happened: I was just driving towards kavala when i saw a dead officer and turned the car around to check out what happened there (cuz why not) and as i was about to get out of the car this guy says "hello there sir" and then shots me in the face for no reason whatsoever. Also after this happened, PC Farmer Giles messaged me on TS saying that this same guy had just VDM'ed and RDM'ed him just before i got there. I don't know if he has any other footage but i dont think that's necessary
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I've tried to spoke with him on sidechat but no response was given, even sent him a text in-game (he wasn't on TS) asking for a comp but no reply again.

The guy that has been reported, VDMED me, i had my lights and sirens on responding to an emergency, i went past a tempest and he decides to turn his truck into the middle of the road, as i was going fast i instantly blew up and died, instead of him messaging me and saying sorry, he decides to loot my gun and bag. The VDM was not an accident. I have no proof of this becuase me Stupid AMD Raptr software messed up.
