A quick question about VDM

I just want to clarify if this is VDM "so player A Is being chased by player B (both are in vehicles). Player B says stop the truck! Player A says no and swerves at player B hitting him and sending him to space resulting in his death.

Deliberately using your vehicle to ram, destroy, disable other vehicles, or running over people is VDM.

The only exception to this is Armoured vehicles like the Ifrit or Hunter against other Armoured vehicles.
Ifrit vs. Ifrit is fine, Hunter vs. Ifrit, etc.
