A question about taking a hostage

Hello i am wondering if someone for example took a guy as a hostage and he also had a gun. and he dont want to become a hostage and shoot at them. and then they shoot back. does that become rdm? or is it allowed to shoot if you think someone is trying to take you as a hostage?

If your asking if you are allowed to fire on someone because you "Think" they are gonna take you hostage,then Yes that is RDM,You can't shoot someone for assumptions.

In almost every case,some form of initiation or warning of Hostile intent is needed,However,If They say "Hand on your head,This is a kidnapping,Don't make me shoot You"

I'm fairly certain you are then allowed to Defend yourself,But i recomend remember the value of your life in every situation.
