A Qquestion about RDM/Fail RP

This is just a query :)

Last night I was driving along in my HEMTT BOX truck and a hatchback raced in front of me. I got out and approached them 3 guys got out and 1 of them pulled a gun and said "hands on your head and give me your key or you will die" I tried to argue there was nothing in my truck and ask him why he was doing this. You know if im going to be robbed at least indulge me. He said this 3 times each time I argued back I got shot in the head and killed. 

Would this count as Low quality RP?

 
This is for sure low quality RP. Your first port of call is to ask them to have a friendly chat with you in TS in the hope they would see the error of their ways. If that fails, then the next step is the forums but you'd need evidence.

I'm glad you're going to start recording everything. It's  encouraged as there'll most likely come a time when you'll need evidence like this, or to defend yourself against accusations.
