Dear @Wilco
I am unaware of SI Tims current condition. I do not see him as Community Banned as he has chance at appeal, so please do not ban me for posting on his behalf as I will happily remove if it is requested.
As of 16th December, SI Tim was banned for signing a petition on Change.org regarding a permanently Community Banned member here at this Community. The same day DylanS managed to have a conversation with Neo and raised enough points that Neo agreed to raise a flag over SI Tims ban and forward it to you. As a result of this, he was unbanned from Teamspeak on the 17th.
I thank you for providing him this opportunity, and I am well aware that others have not been provided with such a chance. The reason I am writing today is because SI Tim is a very good friend of mine, and I can't stand seeing him in this "limbo" he is currently in, he has no decisive answer and so can't actually move on or prepare to get re-involved with the Community. Since his unban on Teamspeak, he has sat on there waiting for his opportunity to communicate with you, this has occurred every day for as long as he could until real life priorities came forward.
It's the 26th today, and he has still heard nothing. Now, I know you are busy, I know you work 2 jobs and then work this job as well, I can respect that. I also know it's Christmas. What I am asking today is if you would be able to schedule a time in which SI Tim could appeal to you. I'm not saying it has to be today, not at all, it's whenever you have the time to. I am just asking that you notify SI Tim of a date when he can appeal to you, because I do feel it's become...almost harsh on him...to be given the chance to appeal and then he sits there, waiting, not being able to do anything.
Again, I know you are busy, real life is of course priority, and there are still festivities to be had. I am purely asking for a confirmation of a time and date, so he can relax and knows when he has his opportunity to communicate with you, rather than this sitting on Teamspeak all day hoping for a message.
Thank you for taking the time to read this,
Walt.
